October 13 – Started recording rough drafts today of the first of 5 or 6 new songs that will become part of the selection for our debut Epitaph CD.

October 5 – Started working on writing the new material for our CD. As a result we had to cancel most of our shows for the remainder of this year and only a few shows will be booked through the end of December. It is estimated that we'll be in LA (depending on the producer selected) for at least 4-6 weeks early next year. If you would like to hear some our new songs check out our local shows as they become available on our myspace page.

October 3 – Epitaph called and confirmed the full length however requested an additional 5-6 songs needed for the record. A tentative completion date for the additional material was set for Late November. Recording was also tentatively scheduled for early next year with a release in the early Spring 2008

September 28 – Our manager got a call from Epitaph and they were blown away by nearly every track we sent them. As a result they withdrew the offer to record our EP and instead they are now going to record Settle's first official full length CD.

September 10 – Sent the mastered samples to Epitaph

August 24 – Complete the sample songs for Epitaph Records and sent them to Warner Studios to be mastered.
